  • You could spend up to five years in state prison
  • You will spend a minimum of 30 days in jail
  • You could be subject to a minimum of $2,000.00 in fines and costs
  • A fourth or subsequent DUI is felony
  • You will be placed on probation
  • You could be required to attend a substance abuse program
  • Your vehicle could be impounded for 90 days
  • You will be subject to a permanent license revocation
