Out-of-State DUI conviction for Florida Licensee
If you are a licensed Florida driver who gets convicted of an
alcohol related driving offense in another state (no matter what that
state calls it, Florida will treat it as a DUI), you will suffer a
one-year DL suspension on a first offense and will be required to show
proof of completion of a level 1 (or its equivalent) DUI school.
